SAUNUM Experience is a modern electric sauna heater set with an integrated patented climate control system and the smart Saunum Leil 2.0 Mobile controller. This solution is designed to provide not only intense heat, but also a balanced, comfortable, and health-friendly microclimate throughout the sauna room.

The integrated SAUNUM technology evenly distributes hot and cooler air between different sauna layers, reducing the temperature difference between the floor and ceiling. This creates a more pleasant sauna climate, easier breathing, and a more comfortable sauna atmosphere even during longer sessions.

The SAUNUM Experience set also enriches the air with Himalayan salt ions, which positively affect the respiratory system, skin, and overall well-being. Its minimalist Scandinavian design fits perfectly in both modern home saunas and SPA or relaxation areas.

The included Saunum Leil 2.0 Mobile controller with Wi-Fi support allows convenient control of sauna temperature, operating time, and air circulation modes directly from your smartphone — wherever you are.

Even Climate and More Effective Sweating

In many traditional saunas, the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the room can be extremely high — temperatures near the floor often remain at only 30–40 °C, while near the ceiling they may rise to 90–130 °C. Such differences may cause discomfort, difficult breathing, and excessive strain on the body.

The SAUNUM climate control system mixes overheated air from the upper layers with cooler air near the floor, creating a more even temperature throughout the room. Thanks to the optimal balance of heat and humidity, sweating becomes more effective, air quality improves, and the overall sauna experience becomes more comfortable.

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take following steps:

1. Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.

2. Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.

3. If there is a violation, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
